Trinity's shelf companies and our staff have played our part in a large number of significant real estate and private equity transactions over the years. Our shelf companies provide flexibility as to when to take ownership of the SPV closer to the time of closure of the transaction. We are even willing to assist trusted clients and their advisors with commitments from our shelf companies prior to transfer.
During the acquisition Trinity often provides local board members for the companies, to ensure a smooth process, under instruction from the foreign-based client. Post transfer we support the client with local compliance and administrative support.
Our shelf companies have been used in successful public tender bids. Recently they have been used in syndicates to allow flexibility to add new members at a later stage, or post closure.
